Built for long weeks on Bay Street and beyond

SoulWell is built for professionals across the Financial District, King West and the Bay Street corridor, and for owners running their own firms. The common thread is a calendar that rarely lets up: deal closings, busy season, year-end, billable targets, and email that follows you home.

In a 2025 Robert Half survey, 47% of Canadian workers said they felt burned out, and legal professionals were among the highest at 59%. CPA Canada reports that about 80% of accountants say their work stress follows the accounting cycle.

What people usually ask for

  • To switch off after work instead of answering email at midnight.
  • Steady energy through the afternoon without leaning on more coffee.
  • A clear, written plan they can follow during a busy week.
  • Someone who checks in every week and adjusts the plan.
  • To keep the career they have worked for, on more sustainable terms.

Designed to fit a demanding schedule

Coaching calls and messaging support are online, so there is no commute downtown and no time away from the office beyond the call itself. Short practices, such as breathwork you can do between meetings, are part of the plan, and the video library is there whenever you have ten minutes.

SoulWell's in-person location is in Vaughan, north of the city, for clients who prefer to meet face to face.

Who you will work with

SoulWell is a mother-daughter practice. Marina Spivakov is a Master Herbalist and Holistic Nutrition Consultant who trained at the Wild Rose College of Natural Herbal Medicine. Estie Spivakov is a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) who studied Kinesiology at York University and also teaches Pilates and yoga (RYT).

Neither is a physician, psychotherapist or naturopathic doctor. SoulWell's work is complementary to the care you get from your own healthcare providers, not a replacement for it.

What a SoulWell plan can include

  • Holistic nutrition: practical eating patterns for steady energy, digestion and blood-sugar balance, shaped around a real work week.
  • Herbal medicine: custom teas and tinctures blended by Marina, a Master Herbalist, from organic and wild-harvested herbs.
  • Nervous-system regulation and mindset work: breathwork, EFT tapping and tools for switching off after work.
  • A video library of masterclasses and short practices you can use between calls.
  • Optional movement: Pilates, yoga and mobility classes with Estie, as an add-on rather than the focus.

Questions from Toronto professionals

Can I work with SoulWell entirely online from downtown Toronto?

Yes. Weekly coaching calls and messaging support are online, so you can work with SoulWell from the office or from home. In-person visits are available at the Vaughan location if you prefer.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?

SoulWell is not psychotherapy. It combines holistic nutrition, custom herbal medicine, nervous-system regulation tools and weekly accountability in one plan. Many clients also see a therapist, and the two can work side by side.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. What you share is used only to support your plan and is handled as described in SoulWell's privacy information. Nothing is shared with your employer.

Is SoulWell a replacement for my doctor or therapist?

No. SoulWell is complementary to medical and mental-health care. Estie and Marina are not physicians, psychotherapists or naturopathic doctors, and they will encourage you to keep working with your own providers. Many clients find it useful to have a medical check-up before starting.

Do I need to stop any medication?

No. SoulWell never asks anyone to stop or change prescribed medication. Share your medications and supplements at the first consultation so herbal recommendations take them into account, and tell your doctor and pharmacist about any herbs you use.

How much does Complete Wellness cost?

Pricing is explained on the free fit call, once we understand what you are looking for. The call is free and there is no obligation to sign up.

Is SoulWell only for women?

No. SoulWell works with professionals and business owners of any gender. Plans are personal, so they are built around your work, your schedule and your goals.

SoulWell offers education and wellness support that complements, and does not replace, care from your own healthcare providers. Read the wellness disclaimer.
