The Story Behind SoulWell

We know what it’s like to feel burnt out, lost, and disconnected from yourself. For years, we relied on others to “fix” our health, pushed through exhaustion, and carried shame around not feeling good enough. That all shifted when we realized no one was coming to save us — we had to take ownership of our healing, rebuild our self-image, and create habits that made thriving possible.

Today, using all the tools we've gathered from our individual healing journeys, including; holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, Pilates, yoga, self-image work, nervous system regulation, and subconscious reprogramming – we help women who feel exhausted, stuck, or low in confidence to return to wholeness. Our mission is to guide women from survival mode into living with energy, self-love, and empowerment — feeling at home in their bodies and confident in creating the life they desire.

This is not a one-size-fits-all path. We believe in a deeply personalized approach, to make sure that your healing journey honors your unique story — because you’re not broken, and we’re not here to ‘fix’ you. We’re here to walk with you as you reclaim your power, return to wholeness, and create meaningful, lasting change from within.

Estie Spivakov

Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor (RYT)

Estie is a holistic nutritionist, yoga and Pilates instructor, and lifelong student of the human body and mind. Her journey began in the world of competitive ballroom dance, where years of international competitions and intense training sparked a deep curiosity about movement, performance, and physical resilience.

She went on to study Kinesiology at York University, followed by her first yoga teacher training in 2017. As she began teaching, Estie discovered the importance of balance — not just in movement, but in life. She became aware through personal experience that the body could only sustain itself for so long when it is pushed to its' limit. This led her to explore slower, more nourishing practices like Yin yoga and Restorative Pilates, especially after navigating personal and family health challenges that reshaped her view of wellness.

Over time, her love for movement expanded into a passion for holistic health. She completed her training at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition to deepen her understanding of the body from the inside out — that what we consume physically, mentally and emotionally all impacts the way our body responds. Her approach now blends science-backed knowledge with intuitive, embodied care.

Estie’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is a whole-person process — and that we all have the power to reconnect with our bodies, shift our mindset and patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She continues to grow her practice through ongoing learning in mindset tools, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), energy work, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system healing.
