The story behind SoulWell
Our experiences with burnout, chronic health challenges for which conventional medicine could not find solutions, and low self-image taught us to look beyond isolated symptoms.
SoulWell brings holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, movement & somatics, nervous-system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, self-image work, and energetics together to create profound, transformative shifts in healing.

Why we created SoulWell
For years, we looked outside ourselves for the next person or protocol that might “fix” what felt wrong. Our paths changed when we began taking ownership of our healing, rebuilding our self-image, and creating habits that made a fuller, more aligned life possible.
Our studies led us through holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, kinesiology, Pilates, yoga, restorative movement, somatics, nervous-system regulation, psychosomatics, subconscious reprogramming, neuroscience, and energy work. Each discipline offered a different piece that contributed to our healing. We believe we are both fully physical and fully energetic beings, and that true, lasting healing must make room for both.
We created SoulWell to help women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, low in confidence, or stuck in repeating patterns move out of survival mode and into thriving mode. We are not here to “fix” you. We help you understand physiological and emotional root causes, work with limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, rebuild self-image, and practice tools that support true health, energy, confidence, and wholeness.
Meet the team
Our work is collaborative, and each of us brings a distinct body of training, practice, and lived experience.

Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor (RYT)
Estie is a holistic nutritionist, yoga and Pilates instructor, and lifelong student of the human body and mind. Her journey began in the world of competitive ballroom dance, where years of international competitions and intense training sparked a deep curiosity about movement, performance, and physical resilience.
She went on to study Kinesiology at York University, followed by her first yoga teacher training in 2017. As she began teaching, Estie discovered the importance of balance – not just in movement, but in life. She became aware through personal experience that the body could only sustain itself for so long when it is pushed to its' limit.
This led her to explore slower, more nourishing practices like Yin yoga and Restorative Pilates, especially after navigating personal and family health challenges that reshaped her view of wellness.
Over time, her love for movement expanded into a passion for holistic health. She completed her training at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition to deepen her understanding of the body from the inside out – that what we consume physically, mentally and emotionally all impacts the way our body responds. Her approach now blends science-backed knowledge with intuitive, embodied care.
Estie’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is a whole-person process – and that we all have the power to reconnect with our bodies, shift our mindset and patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She continues to grow her practice through ongoing learning in psychosomatics, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), EFT tapping, subconscious reprogramming, energy work, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system healing.
