Group Class Schedule
Pilates & Yoga
This class provides you with a full-body workout, and uses a combination of Pilates and other fitness styles to strengthen areas such as the core, the glutes, the arms, and the back. You can expect to sweat, to be challenged and to have fun! This part of the class is followed by both dynamic and static yoga movements that will stretch and lengthen the body, and reduce any post-workout soreness or fatigue. A perfectly balanced class!

Flow & Restore
Combining elements from Pilates, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, this class focuses on mobilizing the joints, lengthening the muscles, and finding a rhythm and flow between movements. A slower-paced class that is perfect for helping to regain your energy, reduce stress, soothe achy joints and muscles, and to get yourself back to feeling calm, centered and grounded.

Mobility
A class designed to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall freedom of movement. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve your performance, a fitness enthusiast aiming to move more efficiently, or anyone in between, this class is tailored to help you unlock the full potential of your body. In each session, we'll explore a series of dynamic stretches, functional movements, and mobility drills that will target every major joint and muscle group. With this class, you'll not only improve your range of motion but also reduce the risk of injury, relieve joint and muscle pain, and enjoy greater ease and confidence in your daily movements.
